PromptSprout terms of use

Last updated July 24, 2026. These draft terms describe the planned service and require formal legal review before commercial use.

Parent-managed service

A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the household account, learner profiles, billing, and use of any external AI tool.

Educational purpose

PromptSprout provides educational projects, examples, and prompt recipes. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable. A trusted adult should review external tools and generated results.

Acceptable use

Do not use PromptSprout to create harmful, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or age-inappropriate material. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other accounts, or publish another person’s private information.

Membership

The planned family membership renews monthly or annually until cancelled. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation. Final refund, tax, renewal, and regional billing terms must be reviewed before checkout is enabled.

Content and ownership

PromptSprout owns its curriculum, design, examples, and platform materials. Families retain rights to original creative work they produce, subject to the terms of any external AI tool they choose to use.

Working product status

The current site is an MVP. Features, pricing, content, availability, and policies may change before public commercial launch.
