Parent FAQ

Good questions are part of the process.

Still wondering if PromptSprout fits your family?

Ask us a question →
Does my child need coding experience?

No. Seedling projects begin with plain-language planning and finished examples. Sprout and Builder projects gradually introduce logic, interfaces, testing, and code-aware thinking.

Does PromptSprout include an AI chatbot?

No open-ended child chatbot is included. Children remix curated prompt variables and use the result with a parent-approved external AI tool.

What does a membership unlock?

Fifteen additional projects, full prompt recipes, remix labs, saved progress, and up to three learner profiles.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Parents manage subscriptions through the secure billing portal. Access continues through the paid period.
